How each one is read
The @LitVMnews Telegram channel is checked every ten minutes. It reposts content from X, so a tweet found there is stored as the X post it actually is and links to the original on X, not to the Telegram copy.
The official blog is checked every six hours. The ecosystem directory on the testnet site is synced daily.
