CyreneAI Syndicate Raise Opens as LiteForge Demos Ecosystem Apps
LitVM opened a private syndicate round on CyreneAI and hosted a LiteForge demo day featuring MidasHand, LesterLabs, and Omega Network.
Week of Built from 10 filings
LitVM opened a private round syndicate raise on CyreneAI this week and hosted an ecosystem demo day for projects building on its LiteForge testnet. Ecosystem contributors also highlighted testnet activity, pointing to gaming use cases and high transaction figures on zkLTC. Meanwhile, commentary from project representatives focused on open settlement infrastructure versus permissioned institutional ledgers.
Syndicate Raise Opens on CyreneAI
On Wednesday, LitVM announced that a syndicate raise for its private round is live on the CyreneAI platform. The project framed LitVM as Litecoin's first EVM rollup, aimed at bringing smart contract execution, decentralized finance, and Web3 capabilities to the Litecoin network. LitVM's mainnet has not launched yet, and the $LITVM token is not currently trading.
LiteForge Demo Day and Ecosystem Testing
Ecosystem projects presented their applications during an official LiteForge Demo Day on September 17. Ahead of the event, LitVM announced that teams from MidasHand, LesterLabs, and Omega Network would present live demonstrations in the community Discord, followed by a final reminder one hour before the session began.
Following the event, @circle_crypto reported that the demo session concluded successfully, highlighting community interaction during the presentations. Earlier in the week, @circle_crypto noted testing Lester's Arcade using zkLTC on LiteForge, citing it as an example of new utility being unlocked on Litecoin test infrastructure.
Testnet Metrics and Infrastructure Strategy
On Friday, LitVM highlighted ecosystem traction in response to commentary from Ivan on Tech, claiming that the LiteForge testnet has processed more than 300 million transactions and hosts over 100 deployed applications alongside background institutional interest.
Broader infrastructure strategy was also addressed throughout the week. On Monday, LitVM cited commentary from @circle_crypto featured in Crowdfund Insider, arguing that while isolated bank chains can support internal enterprise workflows, composable liquidity and broad user reach require open, programmable layers. The team stated that LitVM is targeting this niche by pairing hard-money settlement with EVM execution. Later in the week, @circle_crypto argued that regulatory hurdles surrounding the Clarity Act would not hinder open network adoption, asserting that developer momentum and enterprise involvement in open crypto networks continue irrespective of policy roadblocks.
